My name is Tom Wilson. I live near the
lake and grew up fishing it. I was a dock boy at Point of Pines
resort 30 years ago. I primarily guide clients on leech lake but
learned how to catch walleyes on Kabekona Lake.
Kabekona Lake is one of the premier walleye
lakes in the leech lake area. With deep clear waters Kabekona
offers very good walleye fishing with quality size, numbers and
the comfort of a small lake. This lake receives very little
fishing pressure most the season. It is a structure filled lake
with walleyes being found shallow or deep. Let us show you how
and where to catch them.
My name is Dean Wilson. My dad (Tom
Wilson) started me out fishing at a young age and I cant get
enough of it. Kabekona is my favorite body of water to fish and
I know it well. Walleyes are abundant as well as northern pike
and smallmouth bass. Come aboard and let me show you what this
beautiful lake has to offer.
